Clarke Charlie Jay Michael Passed away peacefully at John Radcliffe Hospital on 11th November 2012, aged 11 weeks. A Loving Son of Emma and Michael, Brother to Kya and Georgia, much Loved Grandson, Nephew and Cousin. Charlie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. The funeral service will be held on Friday 30th November at Henley Road Cemetery- South Chapel for 1.00pm followed by burial in the cemetery.
