Phyllis Chuck - A - Sang Passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on the 13th July 2013 aged 81. Much loved and missed by all family and friends. The funeral will take place on Tuesday 30th July 2.30pm at Slough Crematorium. Floral tributes welcome c/o E.Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough SL1 1PJ.
