“SAM†SIDNEY CHUBB Passed away peacefully on 29th May 2014. At Frimley Park Hospital, aged 89 years. He will be greatly missed by all his friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 23rd June 2014 at 12 noon. All friends and neighbours are welcome.
