Heather Chapman Passed away peacefully on 11th July 2012 aged 64. Much loved wife of Peter, loving mother of Carol and Alan She will be very sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on 27th July 2012 at 3pm. Family flowers only. If desired, donations to Cancer Research UK c/o Funeralcare, 12 Rectory Row, Bracknell.
