Colin James Chapman Beloved son of Ann and Rudolf Chapman. Passed away suddenly on 18th May 2015. Much loved and missed by all family and friends. Service at Chilterns Crematorium on Thursday 4th June 2015 at 2:45 pm. Family flowers, donations, if wished, to The British Lung Foundation COPD Appeal.
