CADOGAN On 18th December 2011, Jackie, aged 88 years, passed away peacefully in the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Dearly loved mother of Denise, Martyn and Tracey. Funeral Service at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Friday 6th January 2012 at 1.00 pm. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, made payable to 'Breakthrough Breast Cancer' may be sent to A.B.Walker & Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Road, Reading, RG1 4DL. No mourning dress by request.
