BRAITHWAITE Sydney Passed away after a short illness at the Duchess of Kent Hospice on 1st January 2013 aged 78 years. A much loved husband to Janet, loving dad to Sandra and Beverley, cherished grandad to Shantelle, Nicola, Shemelle and Jerome. Sydney will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service to be held at St. Bartholomew's Church, Reading on Thursday 17th January at 2.00pm followed by committal at Reading Crematorium South Chapel Family flowers only.
