Botting Hazel Ada "nee Mylum" Passed away peacefully at Bridge House Nursing Home on Saturday 22nd December 2012 aged 71. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Diane, Wendy, Sarah and Louise, son-in-laws, grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Tuesday 15th January at 1.00pm.
