BELL Arthur passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on the 1st July 2012, aged 89 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Reading Crematorium - South Chapel on Thursday 19th July at 11.30am.
