Commemorate the passing of Lisa Joanne Adams on 19th May 2013 Lisa is resting, cuddling her Mum in heaven. Until we cuddle you again love Martin, Julian, Kieran, Hannah and bestest sister in the world Rachel. Will be missed by Pete and many family and friends. Funeral Service at St Michaels & All Angels, Spencers Wood, on Thursday 6th June at 2:00pm.
