JANE McMAHON (McCAFFERTY) Passed away at Thames Hospice, Windsor on 22nd June 2015 aged 33 years, after an illness so bravely borne. Jane will be sadly missed by her husband Chris, her son Harvey, parents Marian and Joe McCafferty, her sister Katie and partner Leanne, her brother Iosep and wife Claire, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew, nieces and all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place on Friday 17th July 2015 at 12.30 pm at Slough Crematorium, Stoke Road, Slough, SL 2 5 AX followed by burial at Slough Cemetery, Stoke Road, Slough, SL 2 5 AX. A reception will take place afterwards at Britwell Ex- Servicemens Club, Wentworth Avenue, SL 2 2 DG. Family flowers only please. Our family would like to thank Thames Hospice, Windsor for their care and support of Jane during the last few difficult months.
