FRANK E. KING 5.11.08. Michell & family would like to thank all our firneds and neighbours for the 32 beautiful floral tributes and cards of sympathy, it's been overwhelming. Special personal, thanks to Rev. M. Eden for a wonderful Service. Lee of D & G Catering "Great Grub" Paul and Staff of the Print Shop Slough. Farnham Royal Cricket club, for the use of the hall. Linda & Roger two OK mates. Dr. R. Chauhan for all his care. Dr. J. Salmon & Southmead Surgery. Nursing Staff of the Paragon Suite, Ward 5 and Ward 17. Whilst Frank was there from the 3.8.08 - 25.10.08. Donations received of £75.00 to Thames Valley Hospice £322.07 towards Philippine Water project and The Burnham Ministry.
