Slough Town have confirmed the takeover of the club by A23 Football Group.
The Football Association and National League have given them the green light and the club now have a new trio of majority owners.
Ashley Smith, Simon Doyle and Tristan Heywood- who make up the A23 Football Group- are now majority owners.
Mr Smith, with a long background in football, previously worked for Wycombe Wanderers and has played in the non-league pyramid for almost 20 years.
Mr Doyle, the CEO of a global healthcare company, is also founding partner of FutureProof Pro, who focus on supporting athletes as they transition from full-time sport into a full-time career.

Mr Heywood, who will join at a later date, is a headhunter in the executive recruitment industry.
All live locally in Buckinghamshire or Berkshire.
Mike Lightfoot and Kay Lathey will retain a share in the club and join a newly formed board.
The club will host a ‘fans forum’ at Arbour Park on Wednesday, August 2, at 7pm, where supporters will be able to meet the new trio.
